Zombies, villages, 1.4, oh my!

It sounds like 1.4 is going to really get adventure mode working (with having mobs with drop-able gear, command blocks, and beacon blocks)

Beacon blocks are going to be awesome, pretty excited about making some gnarly temples of buffing-ness.

Villagers and zombies!

Villagers will now react positively on new trades, and negatively if you hurt them

Villagers will not remove trades, but trading something else may be required to renew the old ones
Zombies, Skeletons and Zombie Pigmen have new equipment, depending on difficulty
Added Zombie Villagers
    Villagers have a chance of turning into zombies after being killed by one.
    Zombie spawn eggs may spawn zombie villagers.
    Zombie villagers can naturally spawn.
    Zombie villagers can be cured, becoming normal Villagers again.
        To do this, first use a Splash Potion of Weakness on it. Then, right-click on it with a level one Golden Apple. After several minutes, it will turn back into a normal villager.

So, for those of your who really want to have a village, now you can has! (based on my interpretation of these notes)

Wait until night time.

Find some apparently naturally spawning zombie villagers?! = D

Lure them into a zombie-friendly cave (protect it from the sun and other dangers, zombies are fragile snowflakes)

Dowse them zombies in some hit-me-not (weakness) potions.

Feed the zombies some fruit (level 1 golden apple), apple a day keeps the rotting flesh away.

Wait some period of time (several minutes?)

You get villagers!?

Build those fuckers a village and voyeurize some fkn hot prons. (makin' babies)

After-thought: it's probably best to separate the zombies into individual pens, just in case.. ya know, they recover at different rates and want to eat each other.

And I'm guessing the final build will drop on Halloween. Did it mention anything about the modding API?

According to http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Upcoming_features API is also scheduled for 1.4

We'll see...
